I was in Rimping near the airport at Chiang Mai and bought some Tasmanian Heritage Blue Brie that had been marked down to 100B. This stuff was still a day short of going out of code, but what matter, cheese rarely goes off if refrigerated. They also had a stack of Camembert and double Brie also marked down from 180B as well.

I thought this was interesting as people may now like to keep an eye on the Rimping dairy cabinets if they are aware that cheese is marked down as it approaches it's "use by" date.

Tasmanian Heritage brand cheeses are arroy mak.
