Thai Chefs/cooks For China Contract

My (Thai) wife was manager and partner in a very successful Thai restaurant in Shenzhen, China for three years until the business was destroyed by flood in 2007.

We plan to re-open again in new premises, probably late May 2010. The business is a registered Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise that will support all legal documentation, including taxes, work permit, accommodation and correct visa.

Situated within an easy hour drive or ferry ride from Hong Kong, the restaurant location is in an upscale central business district.

We are seeking up to three more capable chef/cook that can maintain quality on an existing Thai food menu. English, Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be a plus, but not essential.

All foreigners in China undergo regular health checks and a clean bill of health is essential.
