Chair Base? Can I Replace In Samui

Featured Replies

I kind threw myself down on the chair at an angle and look what happened (my fault) - one of the legs has snapped off.

Can I just replace the base? I tried removing the bottom bit without success but nearly done my back in. I paid about 2700 for it about 6months ago so would like to repair it.

Just an update. The furniture shop opposite the big motorbike shop/showroom at the Bophut traffic lights can replace chair bases (they said any size). They gave option of plastic or alumium, 800b and 1000baht respectively, I opt the alunium, took the chair down in truck and they fitted in about 10minutes, looks very strong and sleek. Obviously only worth doing if you chair is worth say more than 2000.
