Pajero Brakes Upgrade

Thaihog

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I've got a Pajero 3.2 and now that I have had the turbo chipped I need to get my brakes beefed up. Has anybody changed the back drum brakes to disk. I'm thinking about getting Brembi 4 pods all round and I also want to modify the suspension and shock absorbers. If anybody had done similar work I would like to know what it cost before I do the rounds of the 4WD shops here in Chiang Mai.

Cheers :)

I don't have any recommendations on where to buy I'm afraid, but RunStop is arguably the most popular brand for aftermarket brake upgrade kits in Thailand. They don't have any PJS kits listed, but it would appear they haven't updated their website since 2007.. They do have Triton upgrades listed, so one would assume they'd have some PJS kits by now.

Thanks Moonriver, as you say Triton should be similar to the Pajero.

Your ride is looking good with the body kit. I have ordered a kit from BKK and should have it in a few days. I'll post photos when finished.

cheers....
