pimay11
Simply sweeping protesters off the streets won't help solve anything. They will simply regroup and come back. Abhisit needs to fix the toilet that's leaking water, not just clean up the water. It will leak again. Right on the money. All the moron red leaders need to be arrested on proper terrorist and sedition charges (derailing the sky train with innocent people on board) , incarcerated without bail until their trial date arrives. 4223rhodes
It's pathetic that this military assault against civilians is orchestrated by a guy in his late eighties. It would be nice to pass the baton on to a few generations younger.
pedro01
I have to say - the behaviour of the red leaders is sickening. Destroy the skytrain, mingle amongst tourists, taking army bases, fake reds when they lose, attacking their fellow countrymen. I wonder if they paid people in advanced or pay in arrears. If the latter, they will lose support amongst the people there now if they don't pay up.

moresomekl
The yellow fascists and their lapdogs are barking again at the reds shirts . The red shirts initially just went to talk to the troops and convince them not to support Abhisit . They were dispersed by force If the reds wanted violence why did they surrender the M16's to the army ? Am sure the foreign press will notice
BigPanda
If they have to use tourists to protect themselves from the military, they are cowards! I knew these people didn't have the best judgement, but they are now showing everyone how childish and immature they are. This is not how you fight for democracy, they do not deserve respect anymore. I am not a fan of Abhisit , knowing by myself how corrupted is his government and himself, but red shirts acting like cowards are not the people who would replace a government very well. Can you imagine these children governing ? Changes have to be made but please not with these ones!

bubba
Yes, I would like to see the international media now take note that the red shirt movement is led by terrorists. I would like to see you stop talking less bullsh*t and more constructive words instead. I second that. Logic question Given that: - Jatuporn is a key leader of the red shirt movement - Jatuporn threatened to seize the skytrain station and derail carriages that are carrying innocent passengers. - such a threat, if carried out, would be an act of terrorism Therefore: The red shirt movement is being led by at least one terrorist. Correct?
ozzieman05
Go Red Go! Yes! Go Red Go! Just spent 2 hours with a Thai client in silence as he occasionally told me how he wanted to go out and mow down all the Reds with a machine gun. I wanted to strangle this guy, but had to hold it in. It was just unbearable Its words like these, who will see the Thais turn on us Falang when this is all done They have no idea how Thais think and how they we react later It will all be Falangs fault you wait and see

siampolee
Red shirts leaders told the cheering crowds that BTS is servants of Amataya, and urged the protesters to go and destroyed the stations. Well bless my soul it seems as if one uses the B.T.S. one is a member of the Amataya, can't say as I've noticed too many Mercs and Benzes Ferrarrii's etc in the B.T.S. car parks or maids carrying the Khunyings handbags etc. The comment in the quote by the Red Shirt Brigade leaders confirms that they are indeed suffering from a very serious mental affliction, Edited April 10, 2010 by siampolee

jdinasia
Mr Mark had a hard knock yesterday. Most of us count him out. Some was still cheering him "come on Mark, show us". He stumble up on "9" still groggy. I think this show us that he is a fighter and not a coward. Just shows that he's not at all interested with the concerns that the poor people of Thailand have. He tries to sweep the problem away with water cannons, instead of solving the problem. You can clean up the water of the running toilet as long as you want, but unless you fix the toilet, the water will keep coming back. Hmmm you are saying that using water cannon and even rubber bullets was not appropriate when rioters are trying to break into an army regiment? Even you should see that Abhisit has been working on the base problems as fast as possible. What can't be dealt with are things like a convicted criminal running the insanity that is happening from the reds.
