A lovely interview and a quick summary of some of TNH's main ideas. Also includes his feelings after he was exiled from Vietnam in 1966 ("like a bee driven from the beehive") and how he connected with his new, Western, environment to overcome homesickness.

Some challenging suggestions as well for people who need to resolve conflict through negotiations. They need to be forwarded to the opposing parties here in Thailand (and perhaps abroad?).

Yes, it was an interesting interview.

I had several thoughts while reading it. One was "ivory tower"...and that's not negative. We need our "ivory tower thinkers and leaders", but I'm not sure what the world would be like if we all lived in exactly the same way.
