Neither exist in Thailand. I would check the active thread on making masa, as the process for making arepa flour is not that much different. I've never seen queso fresco cheese or even anejo in Thailand. The only thing close to a Mexican cheese that I have seen is manchego, which is Spanish. Greek feta cheese, however, is considered to be a substitute for queso fresco.
