Inheritance Laws

Featured Replies

Hi all

I am planning to buy a condo in Thailand.

Being married to a non Thai, I wonder if my estate in Thailand can be inherited by myFilipina wife should I pass away.

I have searched extensively the web on 'inheritance law thailand' and the only responses I got were relevant to thai spouses, thai children etc and none on the issue at hand, that is the inheritance of the legally owned estate by a non Thai to a non Thai legal dependent. (spouse in this case)

I would appreciate some info if available.

Thanks

Marios
