The security is top rate for bkk. The peoppe in the community are very frriendly nice people. The streets are spotless of garbage and leaves,,4 bedroom 3 bathroom with full western kitchen with all the appiiances. every thing is new in the house, and the furniture is also next to new. It is ideal for a family or person looking for somewere to live with security and can relax in comfort. Looing for at least 1 year term tenants.

actually it is not an hour from bkk and please keep your opinions like that to your self,westerners like u all over thailand ,and the homes here are renting for highes than that
