Hi

I have a question, can anyone help me? so this is the story: I have got a 3 months non-immigrant B visa in my country (I had an invitation letter from a Thai company) and a work permit that was followed by my visa (I have got it in Thailand). For the first time I had to prepare allot of documents to extend my visa for a one 1 year. I applied and I had to wait to an officer come to the office and see me in the office while I am working and then I could extend it.

Now I have extended my work permit for the second year and I am going to extend my visa for the second year:

1. How many days before it expire I should apply to extend the visa?

2. Should I again pass all of the same steps that I had to pass for the first time? I mean should I again apply for extension and then wait an office come to my office to see me and prove my documents? Or it’s just for the first time?

Any recommendation can help me, sorry for my poor English.

During the last 30 days go through the same routine. They may not make a personal check but that will be up to the office.
