Serviced Office Or Shared Office Space?

Featured Replies

Is there any low-cost serviced office facilities in Samui? Something along the lines of shared office or single desk / room - modern, aircon, decent ethernet hand-off. Deciding the home office isnt working too well, I never seem to be productive at home. I realise on Samui probably not on the same scale as Servcorp/Regus but presumably there existing similar folk in same situation? Id rather not fork out 10-20k for a massive office with one desk (and all other associated costs - seems wasteful)

If anyone knows somewhere PM me, or if you have small office section you want to lease out (no homes) some space let me know details (not a torrent downloader, no visiting clients, company/WP all legit).

Thanks

Shame I just moved out of my office at IT Complex, Lamai, had plenty room and spare desks in there.

But never mind, check out the IT Complex Lamai, they have plenty of empty, small offices and have fast ethernet connection and can arrange cleaning and such.

I think prices start at around 6,000 to 7,000 baht per month (and up) and for what you get I don't think there's much better on Samui.

7K plus maintenance and power.

Maybe can haggle them down on rent because building is nowhere near full.

Oh, if you need any office furniture I have plenty now stacked in my back room at home. PM me if you are interested.

Chok dee.
