The bank will bear all the cost...When the bank called me the apologize for the trouble...and promise me that there will be no problems any more and that i could be safe using SCB Credit cards because they have a team that check customer transacition using Credit card...And these team ensure that the security level is high

Byt the way, just the last days, there is a hugh increase of fraud in my shop. All that Nigerian fraud. Name American, adress in Nigeria. Either Nigeria is now very popular for Expats or there is something wrong......
