The annual Australian Secondary School Exhibition and Cocktail Party will be held on Saturday July 3rd at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel.

Held for the fourth year, this educational exhibition is the only one of its kind in Thailand where several top private secondary schools from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth representing day and boarding schools for boys and girls, girls-only schools, boys-only schools, and IB schools will attend.

Organised by CETA (Complete Educational and Training Australia), the Bangkok-based educational specialists in Australia study at secondary school level and the Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS), this exhibition will provide Thai and international parents an opportunity to understand how an Australian high school can benefit their child’s future.

The exhibition has been designed in a cocktail style so that parents and students can relax and spend quality time to talk to Australian representatives from each school to see and learn how these schools can meet their child’s needs academically, culturally and socially.

Families will be shown DVDs, school materials including yearbooks, curriculum handbooks and other relevant information that cannot be obtained from the website.

Families will have an opportunity to meet with current Thai students studying in Australian secondary schools as they will be on term break.

A special seminar will also be conducted by AUSTRADE through the Australian Embassy, titled, “What parents can expect for your child to study in Australia”.

Scholarships are also available during this exhibition along with discounts on tuition and registration fees, depending on the student’s grades and the participating schools’ terms and conditions.

The Australian Secondary School Exhibition and Cocktail Party will be held on July 3rd from 11am-4pm at The Grand Ballroom, The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 19. Admission is free. For more information, contact CETA at 02- 665 8100 or www.ceta.co.th/pre-registration.php
