Roofing Contractor

My foreman works for a Moo-baan and does quite a few jobs on the side. His work has been reliable and not too expensive. He charges generally 7% on top. Not sure if he sub-contracts frames and guttering but deifinately tiles.

If you want his number, PM me.

If replacing tile on the roof frame, look in your area for home construction and visit with the roofing tile crew (2 maybe 3 man crew) working locally. Guttering manufacture/installation is normally a different group/company. The roofing boss should know several to get bids from. Welding the roof frame is normally another sub contractor. Specialization has arrived in CM. Depending on the size of the project, your access/knowledge of material (global house, etc) and the time you want to spend on site, you can normally save upwards of 15% by eliminating the foreman.
