Featured Replies

I have a mate staying here....

and needs the location of the nearest Post Office to buy a PO carton & location of a vendor selling adaptor plugs & a good power strip, Carrefour or Tesco?

Any info, as I have never been to Phuket?

Your best selection for an electrical converter plug would be in the new Home Pro in Chalong.

At least that's what I have found to be the biggest selection on the island.

I bought an international adapter at the main tesco store, it adapts to all plugs both ways, cost 300 baht

Thanks for responding guys.

It's the 30bt, 2 pin adaptor plug he's looking for.

He has Aus plugs on his cables.

The plastic store! From Karon, go past the post office on Patak Road about 100 meters on the right hand side, before the market. If he passes that one there is another one near the temple on the left hand side. BIG one, inbetween the plastics stores, has some electric things like that too.

He needs to go exlore karon and kata ! Will take all of 20 min. Small towns.
