Apartment Help

I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend an apartment building located just south of the city in the Hai ya area for under 5000b per month. Aircon, tv & fridge not essential. Would prefer a separate shower (either by a curtain or a wall- just not direct onto the toilet) but that would be overlooked if the apartment is otherwise great. Basically just looking for something clean (with a bit more space than you can swing a cat in) with security, parking, wifi & wardrobe.

Any ideas?

my apartment in riverside condo will be available at the end of the month. not sure where hai ya area is. this be the tall building next to the holiday inn.
