hello all

I have a 12-year old son by my unregistered thai wife. I am a farang. I have some stocks & shares and some cash in the bank I want him to inherit upon my demise. How do I go about this? Can anyone help? Thank you in advance

Best visit a lawyer. It also depends on where the assets are, in Thailand or abroad, as each country has its own laws.
