Free Tourist Visa End Date

Just got back from laos with double entry tourist visa and trying to plan ahead.

when I was there I saw a notice outside the gate of Thai consulate that gave the day when the free tourist visa would finish as March 2011 but I forget the date, cant find it on immigration web site.

Anyone know the date in March 2011?

3. All foreigners who apply for Tourist Visa at Royal Thai Embassies and Royal Thai Consulates-General worldwide, including eligible foreigners who apply for Visa on Arrival at designated checkpoints, will be exempted from Tourist Visa fee from 11 May B.E. 2553 (2010) to 31 March B.E. 2554 (2011). Such arrangement is for Tourist Visa only.
