Mitker
Hello. I have a Bang Olufsen TV set that has been struck by lightning. The set is already quite old but it was a great TV. The brand shop (in BKK) will never repair it for a reasonable cost. I have thus 2 options: throw it away (as already suggested) or find a smart local repair shop that could fix the burnt electronic in it. I would go for the 2nd only if someone knows of the typical Thai gem we find sometimes: serious and knowledgeable... and trustworthy. I know some but not for TVs So if anyone has a clue, thanks in advance. M.
elektrified
I suspect that you are out of luck to be honest, but you could try the large Amorn repair shop at the back of Icon Plaza. It's on the small soi that runs along the side (in the building where Fitness Thailand is located).
Mitker
Thanks for the info. Actually by experience my feelings towards Amron are mixed. Feel like like they only get comfortable with the usual local brands.. Might have to throw it away. RIP
SM7WGP
If the Tv is hit by Lightning use the garbage can because the most of components inside is not up for that
