I just wish he would shut up.

His singing is part of his vendetta with Jack Bruce, and his ego doesn't help.

Not to mention the New Musical Express brownnoses that elected him singer of the year.

Yep, I am in a bad mood hehehe

You sure are oldhippy [emoji16]

Maybe the Thai version will cheer you up !!

Not really the Thai version but the gf was playing this today and reminded me of the Clapton ( Jerry Lynn Williams ) song .

My mood has not improved.....

Especially since this song sounds like Tears from Heaven.

(that is something personal, it is about a funeral)

But yes, after listening to your average Thai singer (professional or karaoke), eric-who-used-to-play-guitar-in-jackbruce's-band does not sound all that bad.

hehehe

After reading some of the thread about the poisonous son-in-law I see some TV members seem to be living lives of mental anguish.

Fellas, don't let them bring you down as Neil said.

A shot of The Dead  once or twice a week can do wonders for the spirit imo.

Neil?

This is sooooooooo old...

Oh my god...... (and I am an atheist)

Neil. NEIL. N E I L.

The prototype eternal hippy.

I bow my head in shame.

And to think that I have this jewell on vinyl.

Old man - Blue moon - It's only castles burning ------ it's all in that song.

But at least, grant it to me, when you mentioned NEIL, I knew which  Neil.

True, you might have said Neil Armstrong or Neil  Wheedon Watkins Pye.

Music is your only friend until the end.  Best played in a pick-up cruising upcountry. Unfortunately the right foot can't tap due to being on the accelerator. Have to use the left.

Hey Bannork, talking about old hippies, here's another one, together with Neil.

Was in London few weeks ago in June,  went to ELO concert at Wembley.

I'm not religious, but this was  closest to a religious experience  that I'll probably ever have.

This here is just the feel of a stadium, and moment of Telephone Line by Electric Light Orchestra:
