Yes, in as much as there are a variety of charging schemes operated, depending on income level. As a foreigner you are very definitely on the top tier scheme. Thais are very much aware of that. They love to know, and compare, how much I pay! That is why (and I am not complaining) a routine wound dressing may cost me B240, for a Thai it may be as low as B30. -
