Banana IT in the Tesco Lotus centre in Lamai has them.The guys speak good English and have a good selection of Apple products if that is your thing :D

For the price you will pay for an iphone 3gs in Samui you would be able to get the iphone 4g in BKK and the 4g aint worth getting untill the next revision (faulty). Apple products are always better after 2nd revision +
