Where can I buy these they stick on with velcro mine are falling apart Phuket doesn't seem to sell them.

Although I can't answer your question, I have had the same problem. Now I just use a bandanna folded up in the front of the helmet. This provides the padding needed and also stops the sweat from dripping in my eyes. This may be an option for you also.
