Samui Internet

Featured Replies

moving to Samui for 6 mths ,need the internet for laptop ,whats the best way to get it there ?

thanks ,Fez

Generally the best option is to get CDMA from CAT. Works everywhere in Thailand (except BKK for now - coming later) Cost 6,000 baht in January and 780 per month

More reliable than TOT broadband (I have both). I tend to use the TOT in the mornings (slightly faster), then as it degrades I switch to the CDMA around lunchtime

Pay as you go option is from DTAC

3BB is getting bad press at the moment.

If you are staying near the IT centre near Lamai - I believe that they have a good fast reliable service.
