Thaksin To Sue Sirichoke For Linking Him With Viktor Bout

Featured Replies

Additionally, there's a litany of reasons for Thaksin to have bad blood against Sirichoke going back to at least 2004 when Sirichoke was instrumental in attempting to have Kornthep Wiriya (aka Shipping Moo), a key prosecution witness, testify in the Shin Satellite tax-evasion case. Unfortunately, "Shipping Moo" was murdered by gunfire in Chiang Rai before being able to testify in a case that could have blown the top off on many of Thaksin's financial shenanigans and could have spelled an early end for him. Shipping Moo's murderer(s) have never been found.

In 2006, he played a role in uncovering the Ample Rich scam for Thaksin's sleazy stock transfers and share concealment with that bogus company.

Another cause for Thaksin despising Sirichoke was that he was the first to break the news in 2008 that the UK had revoked Thaksin's visa and that I'm sure irked Thaksin no end to be the butt of so much ridicule and mocking for someone so used to being lord and master.
