bubba1
do the Bangkok Bank branches in Pattaya charge if you use the ATM at a location outside your home bank location? For example if i open an account at Central Festival but withdraw money out in Big C at a Bangkok Bank ATM do i have to pay an extra charge? CRUNCHER
There is no charge if you make a withdrawal anywhere in Chonburi Province. Anywhere else the charge is, I think, 25 baht

gotlost
That's interesting. I'm in Chiang Mai with Bangkok Bank travel all over Thailand and have never notice any deduction for the use of their ATMS.
bud7
Can't say for sure about Bangkok Bank, but many banks have varying types of ATM/debit cards. I switched to a new type at my bank, TMB, and it greatly reduced the withdrawal fees. Worth checking with your bank if you are a frequent user. MTH
I've never had any charges either for withdrawal out of province with my Bangkok Bank ATM card. Initially it was just a regular ATM card, for the last 3-4 years it's been upgraded to the Be1st VISA card. Don't think it matters what card you have at BKK bank though. pontious
They dont warn you like the ' 150 Baht' -do you want to continue on foreign cards. They just show on the receipt ( further down the slip) anyway it is only 10 Baht.
