Pattaya attracts the scum of Thailand to prey on Farang and Thais alike. There are two nakleng who live in our mu ban. It's common knowledge that they go to Pattaya often to raise some quick cash by bag snatching, grabbing gold necklaces and breaking and entering and other such activities. They've done jail time already but that hasn't deterred them.
