Lucifer's Raided On Request

Featured Replies

Lucifer’s disco on Walking Street raided by district officials as requested by Lucifer’s themselves.

Officials from the Banglamung District Administration continued their late night inspections of entertainment venues on Friday Night as they conducted a raid of Lucifer’s Discotheque on Walking Street. This raid differed to previous visits to Lucifer’s which had resulted in chaos and injury of some club-goers. This time the Management of Lucifer’s actually contacted the district officials and invited them to conduct the raid to demonstrate that the club is operating legally and only Thai females were checked and foreigners were allowed to leave the club without undergoing inspection in addition there were no Police Officers present. Out of hundreds checked only two females failed a urine test indicating the presence of met-amphetamine in their systems. They were arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station for processing but claimed that they had taken cough medicine and had not ingested drugs which can produce a positive test result in some cases. No one under the age of 20 was found inside the club and the clubs license papers were in order.

So Lucifer management (or the bouncers / staff) did an early evening check, made sure everyone was legal, then called the City Hall officials?

And people believe that Lucifer's is now a clean disco?

Who is gullible, apart from PCN? City Hall boys went home with a small token of appreciation for their evening of overtime and the MIB (Men in brown) will have a hard time convincing the CH people to prosecute in future.

Good ploy by Lucifer's.

Only Thai females were checked .... hundreds were checked .... the club's papers were in order.

How many people is Lucifer's licenced to hold?

It is not big enough to hold 'hundreds' of Thai girls, even if it is a 'Ladies Only' night.
