Right click the application you want to run and choose " run as administrator " Job done

Enable the Administrator account if you want to change system settings. Illustrated instructions here: How to enable the built-in Administrator account

No idea about a cracked Xbox game on a PC..

A normal cracked game... you unplug the internet and install the game and crack. re plug in the internet and game works fine
