UK Ofcom Says Trans Views Must Still Be Aired Despite Supreme Court Ruling
You have this incorrect. Ofcom considers "climate alarmism" as a settled scientific issue so does not require balance from the broadcasters to provide the opposing view. They consider whether or not a woman can actually have a penis as a "not settled" issue so require broadcasters to provide an alternative view. So if someone says "women cannot have a penis" on TV then they have to provide some fantasist on to say that women can indeed, have a penis. The supreme court settled this. Ofcom should not encourage law breaking by having people on TV who suggest its fine for men to compete in women's sports or use women's single sex spaces.
