Testing Natural

Featured Replies

Regularly I will be testing natural resources and remedies on my body (e.g egg shampoo, sugar and olive oil body scrub etc)

I will post the results and effects as clearly as I can to help anyone who wishes to get away from all those chemicals in things which seem to do more harm than good.

My motivation for doing this was that I started to notice that my hair was thinning and scalp getting very dry after shampooing, but when I didnt have the chance to wash it, e.g night and day safari's, extended trips, my hair was in better condition then it was when it was supposedly clean. I then started to research the chemicals they put in shampoo and conditioner and couldnt believe it, some of the stuff is the same they put in toilet cleaner!!! After reading that I thought what else don't I know about so decided to start trying things myself.

Any suggestions for an after shampoo conditioner are more than welcome at the moment as Im currently testing egg yoke as a shampoo. Its only three washes in so not really conclusive just yet but my hair is definately feeling thicker and the natural brown color seems to be more excentuated. This may be a mix of not washing it as regularly, not using shampoo and drying it well after rinsing.

Like I say Ill do my best to keep everyone upto date. Hope it helps
