Edit Button Gone?

Just wanted to edit a post I made 38 minutes ago, but the edit button has completely disappeared from where it was on the bottom right, next to the 'quote' button.

How can I edit my posts?

You can not edit after 15 min.

Can it be changed?

That isn't long enough, if one realizes they made a mistake, and contacting someone who can is too much effort.

I thought it was 30 minuets?? As for edit after the time click on report and send message to mods.

I think the current system is designed more for spelling mistakes than altering the content of posts. If it was longer people would be quoting you before you changed it and threads would make no sense.

The time window for self editing is 30 minutes from time of original posting. After that time you need to contact a mod/admin for changes.
