Hey guys

Is there an area in Bangkok that specializes in weight training and gym equipment - ie dumbells, weights, gloves, lifting belts, supplements etc? A bit like the area around National Stadium for football, but for weights?

Go to the FBT Building near Ramkhanheng University up Soi 71.

BTS to Prakanong and taxi up there.

It is a good 15 - 20 minute ride but well worth it.

They have 7 floors of sports equipment each floor dedicated

to different sports. You should find whatever you want.

It is on the left side, on a corner of Soi 71 just past the Main gate to

the big stadium. Parking is available if you are driving yourself.
