I am clean person, Im easy going,

i m ok with party at home, or anything, do not mind to clean or tidy up the dishes, or cleaning the shared bathroom

hope its not more than 5000 baht cause i couldnt afford it

I have large townhouse in Pattaya, private BR and bath, AC ceiling fan, furnished bedroom, share livingroom and kitchen with one other. B5000 +1/3 utilities. Central location for Baht buses, walk 1km to beach. PM if interested. Quiet home away from traffic but walking to distance to shopping centers and many restaurants or cook at home.

I wonder too .... there ara many serviced nice and clean condos / studios as eg Nasa Vegas - Ramkamhaeng, Thanatthicha Tower House - Ladprao Road between 4000 and 5000 THB, both new !!! and many other more
