Lower Back Pain And Si Joint Problems

Featured Replies

I see that a few of you suffer from lower back pain and are desperate for some relief. Well , I have suffered from that and SI joint pain for some two years now. It got so bad that I gave up golf about six months ago.

I had tried chiropractors, acupuncture, deep heat etc. but with little success.

Anyway a friend recommended a guy who works near BITEC so I thought I’d give him a try. I did actually find Richard Cracknell (when I visited Phuket) helpful but I slipped and the problem started up again.

Well after nine visits over nine weeks and each visit lasting about two hours I am much much improved and have been for a while actually. Last week I played nine holes with no after effects, just to see how I was..didn’t want to push my luck. He treats a max of two patients at a time and the treatment as I said lasts about two hours.

This guy is unconventional in that his treatment is fairly gently ( no cracking of anything) consisting of pressing on the area and closing his eyes, amazingly I feel the relief! Ultrasound and then I get gently stretched ‘on the rack’ or whatever it is.

His English is not that good but his assistants is somewhat better, although my wife comes with me just to be on the safe side.

Anyway I can recommend this guy. PM me if you want contact details.
