Supplements

Featured Replies

i want to order some supplements from the states

since i need to get pregnenolone from a compounding pharmacy there

would like to take it over the counter but hard to find here and i was told this is the best quality

there are many supplements on my list

but when i started to do some research

i was overwhelmed

who makes the best most trusted reliable quality?

does that vary depending on the specific product?

what quality if any can be found in thailand?

what are the best brands here, in the USA, and internationally?

here are some things i am considering:

magnesium taurate 500mg or mcg (not sure of DR's handwriting)

selenomethiamine (hand writing problem again, a form of selenium) 400mcg

vitamin b12 3000 sub lingual lozenge

chromium picolinate 200 mcg give or take

ecinachea

schiff one a day multi vit/min (schiff was a reliable brand in the states)

zinc not yet sure of the best form

vit E

vit A

good b complex including b1 b5 and b6

potassium

fish oil (apparntly carlson's is good)

flax seed oil

dhea

lecithin

beta carotene

a good vit c complex

i saw the thread on multi vit and min

presently i take a local product named Vitop

along with some other local thai supplements

perhaps more on that later

(i am also having Alieve sent to me

same same naproxen which i sometimes take for migrane

and is available over the counter here)

i can live without any of these things in this post

but i prefer to have the option to take these if i want/need to

thanks in advance for your input/feedback
