I saw some Labs being sold in Thailand but it was in open, so I was confused whether to buy it or not. Anyways, could anyone suggest me a place where it is perfectly safe to have a LABRADOR.??I would love to have a gold/brown skinned one. When I move out of Thailand that could be I think after a couple of years or less, I would travel by Thai airways, so do they have the policy to allow me to take the pet or do I have to get a passport for the pet as well?

You don't need a passport per se but you do not whatever documentation and vaccines that is required of the country you are taking the dog to.
