had no internet from 3bb for 3 days now and i'm going insane any one using 3bb have access? or is this an island wide down?

Mine was down the first day but its been back since wednesday morning on Koh Phangan, could be your line is down, best get the techs out to check

i have just been informed that "my phone line maybe different" so they cannot fix anything yet! <deleted>! technician was supposed to come yesterday its 15:00 and still no sign :/

My ADSL is still down. But ADSL signal was comeback last night. PPP is not coming yet.

everything is fine in bangrak, it's only you.

check if your modem still has its settings otherwise 1530 and problem will be sorted out very fast.

It also happened to me once a few months back when suddenly my modem would not get login to PPP whole day despite of good DSL signal.

Just call their call center to get it sorted out.

Finally got internet back after having been off since Tuesday morning, 3BB are not very good always having problems, they must make a few pennies from the 1530 help line as they charge for the calls
