I would think that you know the very simple rules of logic that pertain to your statement. It is nigh impossible to logically prove that a negative statement such as yours is correct. Since it is an obvious violation of pure logic it MUST be discarded. On what basis do you say that your post is true? Have you seen ALL evidence? I don't think so. Since you definitely haven't seen ALL evidence, your statement is just more of the usual boastful ignorance for which you've become infamous. -

The reality is far different than what you claim. You present a scenario where the police will control the cannabis trade. Come back when you can substantiate the claim with something like evidence of involvement. There is no flip flopping of rules and laws. Nor were "large foreign investors deceived". Thailand liberalized its laws and there was a free for all with the cannabis industry failing to self regulate. The government has been forced to step in and provide the regulation. This was also seen in the USA, when there was a contrast between state and federal regulations. There is still an incongruency of regulations. Any foreign investor who is going to lose money on Thai cannabis has no one to blame but themself. It reflects a lack of market knowledge and due diligence. A similar scenario played out in Canada. Cannabis was promoted as the next gold rush. A couple years into the new industry and companies were failing and the promised profits did not materialize. This brought on M&As and an industry shakeout. The same thing will happen in Thailand. A foreigner who invested in Thailand's cannabis was nothing more than a speculator seeking to reap windfall profit. It is no secret that some of the foreign backed cannabis shops were nothing more than money laundering operations.
