Hello,

Does anyone know which hospitals are worth considering for erectile dysfunction treatment? I imagine prices depend on the treatment but would be interested if anyone has any advice on what type of price to expect - I imagine Bumrungrad will be very expensive.

Thanks.

A consultation with one of the above will probably cost around 1,200 Baht. If an ED drug is prescribed, problem is the mark-up at the hospital pharmacy. Ask (1) for a Thai generic form of the drug (there is one for sidenalfil) and (2) a prescription you can fill at an outside pharmacy.

I am assuming from how your post was worded that you want a trained evaluation and not just a prescription for an ED drug. If you DO want only a prescription, any hospital/doctor will do for that. A small private one, or better yet one of the non-profits, would probably prove the easiest without undue excess expense.

Thank you Sheryl.

I am hoping for something other than just an ED drug - I have never had this problem investigated before but it is something I wish i never had (I am 38 and have had it since teenage years)

I will send an enquiry to each hospital (doctor) you mention and seek advice on pricing.

Thanks again.
