Hi i am from pakistan, i had given x ray two weeks ago which shows some abnormalities, afterward i gave sputum test for 3 days which was negative and they issued me the certificate, in which they mentioned about x ray abnormal and sputum test negative, also they have given me the x ray and one referral form showing the results in the x ray that is mentioning the description findings: LEFT APICAL PLEURAL THICKENING SEEN.

AM I ELIGIBLE to apply for student Visa for my master course,is there any hindrance i might experience, is there any suggestion usefull for me,

Unfortunately it is impossible to say as every country has its own rules. A medical officer at the immigration service of the country in question will likely review the results and make a decision. Neither I nor anyone can tell you with certainty what that decision will be, but the results you describe do not sound like active TB.
