Quality Sunloungers

Hi All

Am looking for a pair of quality wooden sunloungers. The type that have the adjustable back and come with a cushion to lie on like you find by the pool in a decent hotel. Has anyone seen these for sale around Pattaya. Am out in the sticks in Issan so difficult to find around where I live.

Thanks in advance.

Theres a shop on Soi Siam country club road, off Sukhumvit Road that sells them, about 2/300 metres in on the right hand side. usually displayed outside the shop so you should see them easily.

I got my outdoor "dining" table from the folks in front of Homeworks. Had a guy stain and varnish it and it looks fantastic. Also try Chokchai near the flyover. They have a great selection. Some are pretty high end. Another place is about 100 meters before Suk on Theprasit on the left as you are headed to Suk. Some good stuff there...and I think there are 2 different stores there. Even Index near Chokchai has some...

I believe I also saw some at HomePro...and they had some nice looking and relatively inexpensive cushions also...

Check out the Thai furniture stores more or less opposite the Floating Market on Suk. They have less heavy versions, IMO better-looking, for half the price of the big chunky types. Come with adjustable back and leg rests, cushion, wheels one end and little slide-out table.

For sure. Lots of those types of stores around. Theprasit, about 200 meters before Suk on the left, and others down the road. Floating market, on both sides. Across from the bus station on North Pattaya Road. A few on South Pattaya. Etc. Cheaper, but IMHO, not as nice. The ones at Chokchai and the ones at the place just before Suk on Theprasit are really nice. Well built, good wood, great design. Not your usual sun loungers.

If you want the yearly maintenance buy the teak I bought them regretted the day I did you can now buy very classy woven one plastic simulated Rattan excellent

I had ours finished off with a clear coat. It's been a year and they still look great. We had simulated rattan at our old apartment complex. They were cracking and falling apart after about 18 months. At least with teak you can refinish them if needed. With plastic, it will cost you a bunch to get them fixed. That's why we went with teak. They will last a long time with proper care.
