They are very cheap to buy new from many places like "Office Depot", "Big-C", Tesco Lotus" etc. I wouldnt bothey buying second hand chairs because there is a reason they are selling them (usually worn and uncomfortable). You can buy arm rest office chairs from 500 baht up to 1000 baht for a really nice executive type chair.

The US embassy is selling unneeded furniture.
