Omron Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor

Featured Replies

I have a Model M 5 Omron monitor and the start button isn't working. Does anyone know if they have a repair facility in Bangkok or anywhere else I might get it repaired?

I took my Omron to an Omron service centre on Surawong road nearly two years ago. They fixed a faulty micro-switch, but bigger repairs they said had to be sent to Japan. Maybe they have moved since, or maybe the Chatuchak address is out-of-date.(I doubt if they have two service centres in BKK). Best phone first.

So, what's the tel # and address for the place on Surawong Road? Still have the repair invoice?

Sorry can't help with the address at the moment. I have tried googling but there are a quite a few Omron Electronic companies around in Thailand which I don't think are the ones you want.

I remember getting the address originally from a drug store selling the instruments.

Mac,

Thanks for the info. I called them and they told me that they only handled Omron industrial type equipment. They did give me another number for the Omron distributor and repair facility in Bangkok: 02 236-0036/ Ms Siriporn

They said I could either bring the moinitor to them or mail it to them and they will check it out and advise if it can be repaired and the cost. Here is the address:

Jack Chia Industries (Thailand) Public Co.

297/7-8 Thanon Si Phraya, Khwaeng Si Phraya

Khet Bnagrak

Bangkok 10500
