I would like to buy/download an IPhone app. from Apple"s ITune library but doesn't have a credit card. Is there a way to buy the application from a shop and where? Thank you.

It depends on how you want to do it. Whether your Iphone is jail broken or not. If you do this, then the account to which the phone is link to would be the dealer/shop.

I have not tried this but you could probably get someone else to buy the app as a gift and email it to you.

They only accept CC issued in America. I try that before with my Swiss CC. They did not accept it.
