I think Mr chainsaw you can sign up on the sign up thread, if it full then it's full and because you qualify you would get a higher priority then my self who doesn't qualify, Are you the chainsaw that was affectionately called hacksaw in the blues festival handbook. if it is i saw you on stage last friday, fantastic, the phuket all stars really rocked, if it's not you, the name chainsaw is already taken by a god in blues on phuket.

I hope that wasn't sarcasm towards chainsaw, he is one of the few names regarding entertainment that people relate to, who else can say they've stood on a stage with some of the blues greats and performed with them, my hat goes off to that lad, he has asked a good few times to a straight forward question, if i was there i'd give up my seat just to say he was present, show the guy some love!!!

Ok just to make you happy, they will have a list of people who have said they will attend.

That's what the official post for attending the event is about

So what happens if someone enters RickNRolls on the 11th and their name is not on the list as they are not/have never been, a member of TV. Or they are a member but didn't put their name on the list as they decided to come at the last minute?

Will they be refused entrance? If so, how do you intend to enforce this?

Apologies if I seem to be labouring the point, I'm just looking for some clarification here.

Personally i am not running the event although i have run similar things.

I would imagine if the event is booked out its going to be bad luck jack for the people who leave it to the last minute to book.

Rick can hold a private event at his venue if he wants to and has probably informed his regular customers that it is on

I really cannot see what anyone is confused about.

On the official thread one member confirmed he will be attending with his partner,

On this thread he says he will not be attending

Another member says hes nine tenths sure he will be attending,

you are either attending or you are not.

Rick just wants to know who will be attending by sending him a PM so he can cater for the event

If there are any free extras i would think they will be for people who have confirmed they are attending

In the other thread I confirmed my attendance, now Rick is asking to do that again? Does that mean that everybody who confirmed in the other thread has to do it again? 1 day before the event is happening, I can guarantee you that not everybody will see this message, so people who already confirmed won't be on Rick's guestlist but still will show up.

This opens the risk for double confirmations, missed confirmations, etc.

I think clarity from KBB and Rick is required.

yepp, I consider all signed up in the other thread confirmed. ad those by PM to me and Ricky. Only one signed up has canselled, due to travelling, Maldavid.
