Is there an NGO we can call to make them pick up the puppies we cannot keep?

Our Mum Dog got 9 beautiful puppies. We managed to place one. Remaining 8. No known breed.

We would like to avoid to kill them (too cute to be slaughtered) or to abandon them.

In a country where some dogs are very famous, I guess there are NGO taking care of that.

An NGO or national administration is working in this area, they come in the soi, some times, to catch or neuter the homeless dogs.
