Maybe the Ear-Eye-Nose Hospital in Pinklao ?

I'd reckon most any hospital would have a doctor who could remove the impacted wax. A few months back I did this at Vibhavadi Hospital. It sorta depends on where you live, and the convenience of the particular hospital.
