Is it possible to pay almost 3000b a month for KPP Cable internet in Phuket (Rawai)?

I am thinking of renting a place and the owner says he pays this much a month for WiFi and Cable TV.

It sounds like more than I would pay in the UK.

Nope. PKK charges around 350 a month. If they offer internet via cable, it is way under 1000baht a month. Get a new place. Or print out their brochure and show it to that idiot.

Unless he means Truevisions dish TV. That can easily reach 3000B a month with a gold package and some ala cartes.
