You should be able to bargain both down to/or below 1300,-............

You can also get a room for that price or less at Honey Hotel on Soi 19 and Town Lodge on Soi 18.

If lucky they might have a room for that price at Majestic Suites which is located on Sukhumvit just around the corner from Nana Plaza.

In Honey hotel I usually can get a room in the basement/car park for 800.- Very basic, no view, but shower, TV and aircon ok.
